Patient Resources: Payment & Insurance

We accept cash, check and virtually all insurance plans (listed below). Co-payments are expected at time of service. Due to expense we do not accept credit card or debit card payments. By keeping our overhead expenses lower, we are able to devote more time to each of our patients.

If any special arrangements are necessary, please ask to discuss them with Heather, who handles our billing. We do everything we can to work with those encountering difficulty paying their bills.

There will be a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.
